Kane has been at the receiving end of severe criticism from all quarters due to his underwhelming performance in the ongoing Euro 2024. Until the semi-final, the former Tottenham forward had managed to score just twice in four appearances in the tournament.
The 30-year-old was the star for The Three Lions in Euro 2020, as he struck four goals in the knockout stages which helped his team reach the final of the competition for the first time in history.
Gareth Southgate's side are playing possibly their best football of the tournament today and will hope to score at least one more goal in the second half to secure a place in the final of the European Championship in back-to-back editions.
